Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Fee after deposit: $200.00. No refunds after final payment, unless we can rent the condo to another renter for your time period. Weather related refunds are given if the authorities order a tourist evacuation due to an approaching storm; refund is pro-rated for the unused portion of your stay.
Deposits
$200.00 damage deposit is gladly refunded if the condo is returned to us just as you found it.

Frequent renters receive 10% discount on published rates.
